A vacation in Corolla, NC is always a special experience, whether you like to enjoy the beach, swim in the pool, or explore the local shops, restaurants and endless outdoor activities. Carolina Moon promises to offer comfort and convenience for you stay.

Carolina Moon is part of the Indian Summer Condominium Complex, located in section F of Ocean Sands. Most importantly, it is just a short walk to the beach! The beautiful stretch of beach is easily accessible for an early morning run, day of play in the surf, or a leisurely stroll as the sun sets. The northern stretch is protected dunes without homes or beach access…offering a rate stretch of solitude in Corolla.

In addition to the perfect beach location, Carolina moon offers multiple amenities to make your vacation rental feel like home. The condo is about 1,000 square feet, updated with new flooring, decor, and a modern kitchen. It has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can sleep 6 people.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, while the master bedroom has a king bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space, dresser drawers, TV/DVD players, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the second bathroom is located off of the main hallway. The kitchen boasts ample counter space and updated appliances. If you are interested in cooking some meals, the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, dishes, glasses, and a variety of serving utensils.

Another great area is Carolina Moon's large deck that overlooks the pool. Feel free to relax in one of our deck chairs, or enjoy a meal at the outdoor table. The pool is open roughly May-October, weather dependent. It is limited to the residents of the immediate condo area, and there are pool chairs available for your use. The pool starts with a shallow end and goes to a depth of about 5 feet. It is not heated but is quite a comfortable temperature in the summer months. There are also grilling stations(charcoal) on the property, as well as picnic tables and a covered area poolside.

Carolina Moon is conveniently located next to shopping centers and restaurants as well. The Harris Teeter grocery store is just minutes away, as are several great places to grab pizza or a delicious ice cream cone. A short drive to the north will bring you to the Timbuck II Shopping Village which has over 60 shops and restaurants. If you enjoy tennis, there are courts a block away from the condo. For those who want to get in a round of golf, the Currituck Club is located directly across Route 12 and offers some stunning views of the Sound Side of the Outer Banks.

Carolina Moon is on the second floor and requires guests to climb two sets of stairs. There is a private carport on the ground level that will fit two cars. Guests will have access to the outdoor storage closet which houses beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards, and a multitude of sand buckets and toys. Also note that while it is a short walk to the shore, there is a stairway over the dunes in order to access the beach.

Each bed has a comforter, pillows, and extra blankets. However, guests will need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Referrals to a rental company that deliver and pick up can be provided upon request. Guests should also supply their own paper products(toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags). Carolina Moon has multiple books, games, and DVDs for your enjoyment.

No pets allowed…This is an HOA mandate.
