Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, a Gulf-view fitness center, gated security, an indoor pool with a hot tub, an outdoor pool, a steam room, a dry sauna, covered garage parking (3-vehicle max), and two outdoor electric grills for community use. A private boardwalk leads you directly to the pristine beach. Please note, there is no designated parking for boats or recreational vehicles. A security deposit and rental agreement is required with this property. The security deposit will be a pre authorization placed on your credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.
