Bella Vacanza!

Nel luglio 2013 ho trascorso una settimana di vacanza nell’appartamento e devo dire che l'inserzione fornita dal proprietario è stata molto precisa. Tutto era come descritto, nessuna sorpresa. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito ed ordinato con tutto l’occorrente menzionato. L’appartamento è situato in un bel residence con portineria, con ascensore e parking nell’interrato peraltro molto comodo poiché si può salire direttamente al piano con l’ascensore senza uscire dal residence. Il residence è in situato in posizione strategica a 2 passi dal centro e ad una giusta distanza da tutte le comodità (spiaggia, ristoranti, supermercati, stazione ferroviaria) senza peraltro essere in una via caotica e rumorosa. Infatti l’appartamento tramite un bel balcone affaccia su una via interna poco trafficata. Si poteva stare sul terrazzino a mangiare in completa calma e tranquillità. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e di una sala da bagno nuova con sanitari sospesi ed una bellissima doccia. Abbiamo potuto accedere alla rete internet wi-fi senza problemi. Siamo stati ricevuti dalla Guardiana del palazzo, una Signora francese molto gentile e disponibile. Noi eravamo solo 2 ma questo piccolo bilocale ha la possibilità di ospitare 4 persone avendo a disposizione 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Consiglierei sicuramente questa sistemazione a chiunque volesse passare una tranquilla vacanza di relax e contemporaneamente a chi sceglie Cannes per fare una vacanza di puro divertimento e svago. Io ci tornerò appena possibile !!!

I recommend !

A wonderful place to be if you want to stay in Cannes. I wanted to recommend this apartment which is really very well located (5 minutes from the beach, La Croisette, rue d’Antibes … to go shopping, it’s the best place to go). The apartment is well laid out and well equipped with a wonderful bathroom, a living room and a bedroom with a large terrace where it’s really nice to have lunch or diner. Lot of storage. Last but not least, a very important thing in Cannes, a private underground parking. The residence is also very nice. No noise at all. A very nice place to stay in Cannes. Do not hesitate ! Laura

A wonderful week in a wonferful apartment ...

I recommend this apartment which is really very nice and very well located in Nice: very closed from shops, beaches, la Croisette (5 minutes by walk) and, at the same time, very quiet because situated in a peaceful area. This apartment was just great with a big terrace where we had lunch and dinner every day. The bathroom was "crazy" (I'm a woman :-)) and the apartement very well -equipped. We were 3 (my husband, my daughter and I) and even if we spent a lot of time outside, we were never packed when we stayed in this apartment. It was nice to have an underground parking because we rent a car to visit the surroundings but it would have been impossible to park the car outside. The apartment building was also very nice and very safe. Again, I recommend this apartment and sure we will come back here next year. Lili and family
