Charming and spacious family size home, The house is sunny with cathedral ceilings and large windows that look out onto Morro Bay. Enjoy several decks throughout the home. Large dining deck has BBQ, 2 large dining tables in an enclosed private yard. Extra large modern, gourmet kitchen, fully equipped. Kitchen is wholly open to dining room with table and chairs, two couches and cable TV. Queen sized beds in master and two other bedrooms. Also bonus bedroom has one twin bed. Library has daybed and trundle bed to sleep 2 more. All beds have comfy mattresses. Master bath has large Jacuzzi tub with separate privacy closet and extra sink. . High speed internet and wifi. Living room has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fans, two full size couches and loveseat, cable TV with HBO, and wide span windows with slider onto vista deck. A perfect place for a low key, relaxing experience.

Nearby there are dunes, wetlands, Monarch Groves, the Elfin Forest, Sweet Springs Nature Preserve, Morro Bay, Montano de Oro, two golf courses, Morro Bay Emarcadaro, bike paths and much more within minutes of the house. The activities in the area include surfing, fishing, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, whale or bird watching, golf or just stroll along the bay or beach.

The house is located just three blocks from Sweet Springs Trail right on the bay. Only 7 miles to the city of Morro Bay, 12 miles to San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to Cayucos, 3 miles to Montana De Oro, 35 miles to San Simeon and Hearst Castle. Shops, groceries, dining all close by. Short lovely walk to beautiful Baywood Park. Plan to relax and enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Perfect location

Spent a long weekend for my birthday. The location is lovely. The property manager was very responsive. The house does need a good spring cleaning, but overall it was lovely.

Family Christmas

Have stayed in this home several times over the years, and have always found it very comfortable and user friendly. Great location, good parking, good, well furnished kitchen, and has laundry available. Owner is always responsive and helpful, when needed. Great for family gathering. Recommend highly.

Enjoyable stay

The pictures and description were accurate. Quiet neighborhood very close to the water and hiking at the ecological reserve. The children enjoyed the jet tub and the upstairs common room with balcony. Overall it was pretty clean, but the floors could use a good cleaning. The kids' bare feet were black within a few hours of arriving and walking around the house. There was also a plate of food left in the microwave, which must have been there for a few weeks as you couldn't see the food through all of the mold. We would definitely come again.

family getaway

The Los Osos/Morro Bay home was great for a family stay. We really enjoyed all the activities we did in the surrounding area. the home was cozy and comfortable and it fit our family ranging from 6-66 well. Nice that our dog could stay too. Kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals for ourselves. Be aware that the beds are high up (there was a step in the master closet to use)
