Short walk to downtown and can cut across the newboardwalk by the civic center to all the restaurants and shopping in Port Salerno. Free parking on site. Free boat launch and parking within walking distance. All boats and trailers must park at the ramp and you have 24 hour access to the boat ramp. Enjoy the phenomenal experience of living on the water and exploring the beauty of Port Salerno. There are two rooms with full bathrooms and each room is usually rented or I could be on site. Large living room with tv and dining table and bar stools. Grill on site.The bunk room is on the left hand side in the hallway with an attached full bathroom.Four kayaks and a paddle board on site for guest to use. Outdoor seating by the pool. The yacht faces the waterfront district and there is live music daily and you may sit on the front of the yacht facing the waterfront and there is two large bean bags. Lots of wildlife and the yacht is in the Manatee pocket of Port Salerno. Many beautiful beaches less than five miles away. To keep price down I require guest to leave the restrooms clean and wiped down and wash sheets and towels and dry and put back on the bed. Kitchen clean and all surfaces. Almost 99 percent like this and have had one pay the $100.00 fee. Have not had an issue due to check out is at 10 but allow noon and guests can relax by the pool as well. There is a washer and dryer in the building and takes cycle pay and one takes quarters and wash is 2.00 dryer about a 1.00 and has a quick wash.
