All of our homes are instantly bookable and include a customer support team available to answer any of your questions. Every one of our home’s is equipped with linen and towels, high speed wi-fi, bathroom essentials, a self-check-in procedure.

Upon your arrival, you will receive detailed self-check-in instructions, ensuring a seamless start to your stay. These instructions will include any essential information you may need for a smooth check-in such as the access code for the building entrance and the door to your apartment. Additionally, you will receive the wireless internet log-in details, enabling you to connect to the internet effortlessly.

You can also use the in-app check-in instructions. These instructions are accompanied by photo references, ensuring that you can easily identify your designated location and confirm that you are in the correct place.

•By Car: If you plan on driving, we have detailed parking instructions including an interactive map outlining the nearby free or paid spots.

•Public Transit: For those looking to venture further, our property is conveniently located between two major metro stations: Sherbrooke and Mont-Royal. A quick 5 to 10-minute walk will take you to either station, connecting you to Montreal’s extensive metro system and beyond. This prime location ensures that you can easily access all corners of the city, from downtown’s bustling streets to the tranquil beauty of Montreal’s parks and waterfront.

•On Foot: Step outside and find yourself within walking distance of a plethora of cafés, restaurants, and local shops. The neighbourhood’s walk score of 99 means daily errands, leisurely strolls, and cultural explorations can be enjoyed without the need for a car. Whether you’re exploring by foot, pedalling along on a bike, or hopping on the metro, getting around from here is seamless and convenient.

Apartments are located on either the first, second, or third floor and there are no elevators.

Please be aware that this unit does not have a kitchen or full living area. However, you are more than welcome to utilize the kitchenette accessible via the lobby, which offers convenient appliances such as a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and kettle. Additionally, you will find bowls, plates, utensils, drinking glasses, mugs, and other essentials available for your use.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere on the property. Within the apartment or in any of the common areas, indoors or outdoors.

There are security cameras for this purpose and anyone caught smoking will be subject to a $1500 fine and early termination of the groups reservation with no refund.
