Communication with this property management is stellar. This was my first ever VRBO booking, and I had no idea how it worked, but Kevin and every person I talked to at Timeshare Brokers were amazingly helpful from beginning to end.
Check in was a little hectic, totally not the hotels fault, their systems went down, so we had to be let into our room and come back later to get our wristbands. The room was pretty clean, better than most I've been to. There were a few stray hairs left around in the bathrooms, which is a pet peeve of mine, but other than that, when I went to do my once-over clean, I didn't have much to do at all, so that was great! I've stayed in condos where I cleaned for an hour before we could unpack, here, about 10 mins, all I had to do was a quick wipe down of surfaces with Lysol wipes.
The room was stocked very well. We didn't need to ask for anything while we were there other than extra blankets. The kitchen was ready to go! The beds were pretty comfortable, although the master bed was a little soft for my liking. There was plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. The decor was cute.
This condo is in building 4 and not ocean front, but it still has amazing views! You have a view of Tower 4's pool, which was the best pool, in my opinion, and views of the beach between buildings.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, and I would absolutely book with this company again at some of their other properties!
