About this property

Take comfort in this fully equipped historic Cottage. The home has two bedrooms, one full bath. The beds are double, smaller size.Laundry area is located in the basement.

Washington Cottage is kid and pet friendly with a kitchen set up and ready for quick meals, snacks or gourmet dinners created with the abundance of local fare. The Living Room and Dining Room accommodate 4 - 8 for larger gatherings.

The private, fenced backyard has a deck with picnic table, garden boxes, firepit and outdoor seating. All this allows for larger gatherings and celebrations.

The home has a TV and wireless internet.

Well behaved, small pets are welcome in the cottage with an additional deposit. The backyard is fully fenced. A basement is available as well.

This cottage, built nearly one hundred years ago, has the size of rooms that were common in that time. Rooms are cozy in size.

The central location is perfect for walking to Historic Downtown McMinnville. Linfield College is just 8 blocks south of the home.

This is a no smoking property.

This property is located in an area of single family homes. It is expected that guests will be respectful of the neighborhood. Please keep things quiet after 8:00 p.m.

Sweet little cottage!

This home is lovely and perfect for a couple or small family. It's a sweet cottage in the middle of town, so it's close to Third Street, Linfield, and easy access to the rest of McMinnville. The only drawback - which is no fault of the owner - is that there is a population of houseless people who hang out across the street in the parking lot of the church. It wasn't bothersome, but as someone who stayed there by myself, it just made me a bit wary coming back to the house after dark. Just an FYI. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful yard & flowers! Private comfortable backyard for relaxing. Thoughtful amenities & well stocked kitchen. A lovely little home conveniently located near shops & restaurants.

Ideal location for wine tasting and walking to town!

This was our second girl's getaway to wine country. We love Stacy's adorable house. It's decorated with so many cute touches and the kitchen is well stocked. We especially love being so close to 3rd street and the ability to walk since we're doing wine tastings.

Fantastic house in great location!

We have stayed before at this property and it lived up to our expectations again! The size and location can't be beat. It's extremely well stocked so we never felt that we need anything more. The owner is so easy work with and provided timely updates, as needed. Can't recommend this enough!

Great place to visit our son at Linfield. We have been staying here for the past 4 years. It is likely our final visit to Linfield! Thank you for many great memories!
