Other Things to Note:
🌟 Please be aware that this is a large 3 story building with 3 fully separate units that are all active rentals. You will have private access to the entire first floor with all 4 bedrooms and the patio/fire pit area but the lower deck area with the plunge pool is a shared space so you may see other guests coming and going there and in the back stairwell during your stay. We've never had an issue with this in the past :)

✈️ Also just a heads up: Our home is located near the flight path for planes landing at San Diego Airport. While you may hear some noise on the outer deck, rest assured the house has all new windows that keep things quiet and peaceful inside. Bonus — this is a popular tourist attraction with great views, so sit back and enjoy! 🌅

🌙 Quiet Hours: Out of respect for the neighbors, we have a strict policy on quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We respond quickly to any complaints and they may result in early termination of your stay with no refund. Thanks so much for understanding! 🙏

🚗 Parking Info: There are no reserved parking spaces for this unit but street parking is free around the house. We would recommend using Uber is possible to keep it simple :)
