Charming, Quaint 2-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in Wonderful Louisville
Consider 'The Happy Yellow House' your home away from home while in Louisville, Ky.
Featuring 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other (upstairs A-frame den area) with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with a modern bathtub, and great amenities like WiFi, AC, a little fitness area in the expansive garage, and privacy fence in a tranquil, centrally-located neighborhood, guests will have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
Although this is our first time on Vrbo, we're not new at hosting, as we've had 2 mid-term residents at this property over the past year, and everything has been delightful.
What Makes Our Property Special:
-A resident indoor/outdoor 13 year old, friendly cat named Gata Preta
-Toy shelves in the garage (we have an 11 year old son and many of his older toys- including Legos galore- are there)
-Privacy in a respectful, quiet neighborhood
-Very centrally-located, within a mile of 264 and 65 interstates
-Fully equipped for a pleasant stay
-An option for a personal, local drop off and pick up driver for an additional charge (think for major events)
