We wanted to love this house, but it was a nightmare stay. We rented for 9 days and most of it was a new problem everyday. The air conditioning was broken for 3 days. The primary bedroom does not have a working ceiling fan. Claimed the remote was missing. No other way to turn it on. We were brought box fans to circulate the temperature of 83 inside. Finally after 2 HVAC texh visits… window units were installed and the HVAC system was never properly fixed. The back bedroom with 2 beds felt like a heater was running. The sloped gravel driveway made it impossible to park the cars in the driveway and we drive SUVs. The street is very narrow and cars were always parked up and down making it hard to navigate everyday.We had ants and roaches. We were handed ant spray and told it’s the summer. There will be bugs…. Property manager stopped responding after I sent her pictures of the ants and did not respond until I told her we had checked out a day early. The faucets in the bathroom did not work properly. There was air in the lines and the buttons to turn them on continued to jam. we ended up having to use the kitchen sink. We really wanted this house to work out because we are often in Atlanta, but unfortunately we won’t be back to this location. Incredibly overpriced and uncomfortable. The house is listed as luxury, but it’s just lipstick on a pig. May want to work out the kinks before renting to someone else.
