This offers an idyllic escape just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake & Mountain Fork River.
The Space:
Living Room
Unwind in our spacious living room, featuring large sectional, two love seats, and a cozy gas fireplace with a guard. Enjoy the scenic views through the large windows or catch up on your favorite shows on the big screen HDTV.
Kitchen and Dining
Indulge your culinary desires in our well-appointed kitchen, complete with island seating for 5 and a dining table seating for 10. Find all the essentials, from a crockpot to a K-Cup coffee maker, ensuring a seamless stay surrounded by luxury.
Master Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both downstairs and upstairs, our master bedrooms boast a king-size bed, nightstands, a large dresser, and a big screen HDTV. Experience the epitome of relaxation in the ensuite bathrooms with double vanity sinks and spacious walk-in showers.
Bunk Room / Loft
Entertain in the upstairs bunk room and loft area, featuring 2 triple-stacked queen bunks, a pre-loaded arcade table, shuffleboard, and a bar top with 4 chairs. Enjoy direct balcony access and a full bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower.
Outdoor Living
Step into nature as you explore our inviting outdoor space where you will find a hot tub, firepit with seating for 6, patio furniture, and outdoor dining for 8. Embrace the tranquility of the waterfront surroundings while kayaking or fishing, creating lasting memories.
General
For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. Stay connected with free WiFi and make use of our EV charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October 15th-May 1st). Note that any cancellations incurring a refund will be subject to a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for The Waterside Retreat is 20 guests, with no exceptions.
Grill is connected to the home gas line (propane refill is not required) please clean the grill after use, failure to do so will result in a $100 fee.
Fire pit - a fire pit is available for guests to enjoy. Guests will have to secure the firewood for usage. Firewood is not supplied nor replenished by the property owner.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort.

• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper& spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, linens, and laundry soap. Although all of these are provided, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per stay and up to 2 pets only.
