No red wine or colored drinks on furniture—please ask if you need anything moved or adjusted
Always lock the door when you leave and be courteous to neighbors
Turn off all lights and the AC when leaving or not in use
Recycle and conserve energy/water whenever possible
If anything spills, breaks, or stains, let us know right away
