About Judy or Melissa
My name is Judy Gianni and I am the owner of the Peacock and its sister, next door property the Gazelle. My daughter-in-law Melissa is the property manager and is a wonderful and helpful host. This wonderful home was meticulously renovated in 2016 by Deborah Schmidt for the purpose of being a beautiful vacation experience of loveliness and she really pulled that off with her artistic eye and attention to detail. She lovingly handed over her babies to us and we could not be more thrilled! I am a long time Tucson resident (over 35 years!) and I love the beauty of the desert, the endless blue skies, the desert plants and mountain vistas and beautiful weather more often than not! I am a naturopathic physician and in practice for 22 years. My practice in Tucson is called NatureMedica and I am passionate about my work. Melissa is a University of Arizona graduate with a double degree in Biology. She is genuinely warm, loving, helpful and smart as can be. She can suggest all the great things to do in Tucson, great restaurants and places to hike, etc. We are happy to open our home to you!

small but cute
We were here for my daghter's U of A orientation, and it was a short distance from campus. No issues at all, and host very gracious. Neighborhood was just ok.
nicely kept, great hospitality and well stocked.
Convenient and Close to the University
Everything was clean, cute, and well organized. Had a great stay
This house was clean and well stocked with many comforts. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was in a convenient location and had a wonderful outdoor living space.
The only suggestion I have would be to get a smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
Oasis in The middle of Tucson
Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, convenient location. Hated to leave!
Walking distance to the University of Arizona, one block from the U of A stadium.
