Overview: This newly renovated house in Fort Myers is the ideal spot for guests looking for a comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 twin bed, everyone will have their own space to relax. The property features amenities like: a large heated pool, outdoor BBQ, AC, WiFi, heating, and a washer/dryer, ensuring a convenient stay. Inside: Our home features a large fully stocked chef's kitchen complete with all of the needed flatware, plates, cups/glasses and pots/pans. All of the appliances are new (purchased in 2023) and the kitchen includes a large island with seating for two people. The kitchen is open concept with an adjacent living room that has a sectional sofa and a large screen TV as well as vaulted ceilings. All of the TV's in the home have access to multiple TV channels via the high speed fiberoptic WiFi.

Adjacent to the kitchen/living room is a dining room with a large table that fits 6 people. The dining room has a stunning view of the pool and lanai. The lanai is screened in by a large cage and also includes an outdoor Bull BBQ.

The home uniquely has two master bedrooms each with a king bed and a large flat screen TV. Each of the master bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The first master bedroom has a walk-in shower and a tub while the second master bedroom has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a twin bed, a wall-mounted television and access to a full bathroom across the hall. All of the bedrooms are supplied with linens and towels.

Our home also includes a washer/dryer and a two car garage.

Outside: The home is within a two minute walk to the golf course (driving range and two championship golf courses). Golfing and club house privileges are not included. Anyone wishing to acquire these privileges must contact the clubhouse for details. In addition, just outside of the gates to the property is easy access to shopping, beaches and the Fort Myers International Airport.
