Immaculately renovated and lovingly restored townhouse at prime location. 3 minute walk to the Hudson River and the expanded Riverside Park; 8 minute walk to Central Park; 5 minute walk to Lincoln Square. The 72nd Street Express Subway is one block away.
The apt is 4300sqft spread across 4 floors complete with a kitchen terrace and roof deck. The entrance floor has the living room/dining room/kitchen/powder room/dining terrace. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom and 2nd Living Room. The third floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fourth floor has the penthouse/5th bedroom/kitchenette and roofdeck.

Soo nice!!

I don’t even know where to begin with this property. It is such a gem. The location is perfect. You’re a quick walk to Riverside Park and a few blocks from Central Park. The UWS is so charming. The street is quiet and it has a neighborhood feel. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, everything is right at your fingertips. The place itself is nothing short of spectacular. It’s stocked with everything you could ever need. The layout is ideal. The balcony and rooftop are to die for. There’s a laundry room which is so convenient. The bedrooms are great, the beds are comfortable, the living room and dining room both have working fireplaces that are so cozy. It was super clean upon arrival. Communication about any questions was easy. I can’t say enough good things. We had the best stay and hope to come back soon.

Thanksgiving

Property was perfect for Thanksgiving week with our family. Owner extremely helpful with all questions. Wish we could have taken advantage of the rooftop deck! Only issue we had was running out of hot water. With six adults we had to minimize hot water usage.

Huge house, great stay, will be back

This place went above and Beyond our expectations. The location is amazing, very close to the subway. And we were happy to find out this time that there are a lot of affordable car services in NYC. The house was very large, we had so much space to gather everyone together. But we also had privacy on our own. The hosts respond almost immediately, and very friendly. Will definitely be back, thank you for everything

One of a kind rental. 4300 sf. Located in the heart of the Upper West Side near Central Park/Riverside Park/Lincoln Center and the Express Subway Station on 72nd Street.Logistically it's perfect, VERY quiet given it's completely residential on our block and around and the house had well maintained original details which made it unique.

What makes this property unique

The house is extremely bright and airy with a terrace and roofdeck. It feels peaceful and calm like a country retreat, yet it's in the middle of everything Manhattan has to offer.
