Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Blackstone to be used outside the garage only.
NO smoking! $1000.00 cleaning fee if smoking occurs during stay. NO pets allowed!
$250.00 fee for lost garage door opener. Please leave on counter in kitchen.
