The living room has a thoughtfully decorated ivy wall with a neon sign - perfect for that group photo before a night on the town. Bright velvet head boards, super comfortable beds with mattress toppers, and 40" smart TVs make up each bedroom (except the Master, that boasts a 50" TV). Stream that game or concert in the Living Room on the 65" flat screen. Whatever brings you to Nashville, you're sure to be comfortable here.
Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of a owners closet that will be locked.

A refundable $500 deposit will be collected 14 days prior to checkin. It is intended to ensure house rules are followed. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the deposit is not paid prior to checkin.
Deposits are refunded within 48 hours of checkout once cleaning has been completed.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your stay in the event you need to cancel plans last minute.
This is a townhome with 4 floors and a lot of stairs. It is not suitable for toddlers.
- $250 Refundable Deposit required 10 days prior to check-in. The deposit is to ensure the house rules are followed and is refunded within 48 hours of check out (Just like a hotel).
- Minimum age: 21 per the City of Nashville
- NO Confetti, Glitter, Hair Dye or tacks in the walls. $100 cleaning/maintenance fee will be charged.
- Only guests indicated on the booking are allowed to stay at the house.
- Evidence of any animals will result in a $250 fee and additional charges to cover any damage
-Locals must be pre-approved in order to book
- A profile photo is required to verify that the guest booking is also the guest checking in at the property. If your profile does not include a photo of you, or has a cartoon instead, we may cancel your reservation.
- Disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
