I'm an out-of-state parent whose daughter just finished her first year at the University of Alabama, and we’ve been smitten with Tuscaloosa ever since. We decided to put down roots by buying a place to share with fellow visitors. It’s my joy to open our home to guests, sprinkle a little Southern hospitality into every stay, and help y’all fall in love with this sweet town just like we did!

We chose this neighborhood because it truly feels like the heart of Tuscaloosa. We stayed here several times before deciding to buy, and every visit reminded us how convenient and welcoming it is. We love being so close to the University of Alabama campus, Bryant-Denny Stadium, and all the local shopping, especially Target and Midtown. It’s a perfect spot for game days, family visits, and enjoying the best of this vibrant college town.
