Located in Traverse City, just 0.2 miles from the TART trail, Cedar Lake Public beach access, Greilickville Park and West Bay. Walk to dinner at the lovely Burrow restaurant followed by a sweet treat at the Famous Buchan’s Ice Cream. Hop on your bikes for a beautiful 3 mile ride along the bay on the TART trail into downtown TC. This lovely house boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a twin trundle bed. With 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower. Guests can relax and unwind sitting on the back porch after a day of adventuring and exploring. Have dinner on the back deck overlooking your kids playing safely in a large fenced in backyard. Complete with WiFi, AC, a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and iron, this gorgeous property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bring your bikes, boat, paddle boards or kayaks. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
