Was a little disappointed that once we arrived there was a note stating that the awning was not able to be used. This was a little bit of an inconvenience, as it meant we were not able to sit outside and out of the sun. Trailer was well kept, but could use a little bit of detail cleaning (just as a suggestion). Overall nice stay

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Camper is definitely a little bit older and needed some TLC. Some blinds were missing from the main door area so we had to hang towels to cover since my daughter was sleeping out there. Some of the lights didn’t work. But the main bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed to cook a meal.
Camper was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to downtown Mohab and Arches. Be sure to drive the extra miles for the Canyonlands experience. Showers available at the main office make it possible to take a good shower without running out of hot water. All in all, a good stay.
This RV was clean, in great shape and well equipped. Nice dishes and cook ware. The BBQ was the cleanest I have ever seen in a rental. Nice quiet park, and office staff were great. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Moab
Other than a glich with the air conditioning and hot water heater, it was perfect. The problems were addressed quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend, and would stay again. Easy access to the parks, and staff was helpful. Thanks!
the camper was very comfortable and had everything one needs to go on a camping trip. we were very happy and my husband loved BBQing in the evenings. it was very close to Moab and the restaurants and social activities, yet in a quiet and welcoming park. thank you
First time renting RV to stay in. This RV park was very nice and quiet, just a few minutes from main drag. The RV was clean and roomy and bed was comfortable. I didn’t realize one has to ration hot water when showering but very manageable. One afternoon I used the shared showers so I could take a longer hot shower after a day of hiking, I found the facilities clean and just a short walk from the RV. Check in super easy. Everything worked as expected.
My husband and I spent a very busy three days in Moab. Trying to soak in every ounce the place has to offer. We loved staying at this clean and comfortable RV. It was just the place we needed to rest and relax before heading out on our next adventure. Would definitely stay again.
The experience was good. The check in easy, we fussed with the ac a lil bit, but our host never skipped a beat in responding to our needs. The neighbors were kind and informative.
OK RV was excellent all ‘round! Great rental rv, perfect size, great service, all friendly staff and most important, the location was the best access and off the main drag so it was quieter
It was the perfect little getaway for me and my family. We have young kids so it was fun for them to have space to run and play. It was also quiet at night so they all slept well. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back again!
Very quiet area considering the number of units
RV was very clean and supplies were adequate
All of the features were in good working condition
Air conditioner was somewhat loud on full blast but cooled quickly and we could manage on low volume
It was a good value for the area
We enjoyed our stay, description of property was exact. Checking in and out was easy. After busy days exploring, it was nice to come back and easily prepare dinner- everything to cook with was provided, including a grill!
Two of the nights we stayed there the renters beside us next to our bedroom stayed up and were outside talking and playing the guitar way past the 10 o’clock curfew. We had to get up early both days and this was really disappointing. Other than that everything was fine. The closeness of the Campsites are pretty tight.

It was worth trying
Our family has never stayed in a camper before so this was something we wanted to try and see if it was for us. In a nutshell it wasn’t. The camper was nice but four people was too much. That, of course, is not what I’m rating.
The furnishings and kitchen were nice and the pop outs added a nice amount of space. We were located by the clubhouse so we had easy access to showers, laundry and drinks. The campground was out of town and fairly quiet with beautiful views. Unfortunately we had no hot water, even after trying their troubleshooting suggestions, so we used the campground showers which were sufficient when not full. We had to use the two couches as pullout beds and found them to be dirty and hiding former guests items such as food and socks. The large fluffy blanket was full of burrs that my daughter continually found while trying to sleep so someone clearly took it out by the fire at some point. The kitchen was nice but there were literally no pans for the oven or a strainer for pasta so we had to purchase those items. On our last day the toilet wouldn’t flush and we found out the valve outside wasn’t open?? Had it been that way the whole time and just finally filled up or did someone mess with it? Who knows. All that being said if it’s just two people and you’re used to campers I’d probably say 4 stars because you wouldn’t need two pull outs and not getting showers for kids outside the unit would make life easier.
We highly recommend the obvious Moab highlights such as Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park as well as the La Sal Mountain loop Road. In town the best restaurants were the Moab Diner for Breakfast and Fiesta Mexicana for dinner. The Moab Coffee Co had great drinks.
