This 1800 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath home with open floor plan is spacious enough for 2 families, including the dogs, for endless entertainment & relaxation. Enjoy the sparkling new pool & heated inground spa. Plenty of driveway parking for cars, boats, & toys (no garage access).

Pool is not heated
Spa heating is included in nightly rate (if stay exceeds 7 nights there's an additional $75/week charge for spa usage)
Pool technician comes 1x/week every TUESDAY through side gate

POOL RULES
• No Diving
• NO GLASS allowed in the backyard.
• Guests are responsible for leaving backyard as they found it (umbrellas closed, chaise lounge cushions in the deck box, pool toys put back)

CAMERAS
In place for safety and security reasons.
This property features 5 exterior security cameras. One doorbell camera. Two out front on the garage (One by the front door entrance and one by the RV Garage). Another is located on the side yard facing the pool equipment. The final one is located on RV garage side yard facing the street.
The cameras do not look into interior spaces of the home. Cameras are not monitored but may be reviewed for noise complaints or insurance purposes.

> $20 service charge added to shipping cost

PETS
> $25/night per pet, 2 pets max (DOGS ONLY)
> $200 charge if a pet is brought into the home without paying the pet fee
> Pets must be picked up after (Pooper scooper located on side of yard by RV garage) or $50 Fee will be charged

HOUSE RULES/DETAILS
> Must be 25 years old to book
> No parties. Please comply with the Lake Havasu noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am daily
> No events
> No smoking inside. Pick up all cigarette butts (Do not throw in rocks or pool) or $50 Fee will be charged
> Filtered drinking water is available at the sink

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit ($500 for holidays) upon booking and is refunded at checkout upon inspection unless there are damages or items missing
