Welcome to The Dunes! Situated steps from the ocean, this beautifully designed townhome is your ideal getaway location. Conveniently located near the heart of Surf City shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Enjoy our spacious coastal home, and private beach access, outdoor shower and free parking.

Newly constructed and fully furnished with everything you need for beach living. The open-concept living and dining rooms are perfect for gathering and making memories. A fully stocked kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. Our spacious dining table will seat 6-8 people and is perfect for entertaining! An additional 5-6 people can be seated at our countertop and kitchen island.

All three bedrooms include TVs with Rokus and ample storage. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a twin daybed with twin trundle. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. There is a workstation so that you can continue to work remotely, incase you need to stay on top of work notes, while on vacation! Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, and seating on the second-floor deck. Bedroom 3 offers two Queen size beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full-sized shower-tub bathroom.

In addition to bed linens, we provide fresh bath towels and beach towels! Pack 'n play crib and high chair available upon request. Boogie boards and each chairs for the beach.


The outdoor space boasts comfortable decks with scenic ocean views, a picnic table for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, and a grill. The under-unit carport can accommodate 2 cars. There is overflow parking on the right of the lot as you enter the property. First come first serve.

Linens and towels are provided for each stay.

This is a dog-friendly home with pet fee. 2 pups max under 50lbs. $120 pet fee.

Outdoor private enclosed shower

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or townhouse. Grilling policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund and guest will be held financially and legally responsible for damage caused by violation.

No smoking is allowed in the town house or on the property.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at strictly before 10 AM. We do not offer early check in or late check outs during the high season,May - September.
