Fabulous villa in charming Nokomis
Desirable Curry Cove is a hidden gem just off Albee Farm Road just minutes away from Venice downtown, shops and restaurants, beautiful beaches and Legacy Bike Trail. This villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, newly painted interior, new flooring, both baths were updated with glazed tile and replacement fixtures. Master bedroom has a king size bed with walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a twin bed and also walk-in closet. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the lanai with garden views. Great room/dining room combination opens onto the screened lanai on one side and the spacious eat-in kitchen on the other. Villa has 2 car garage. Washer and dryer is in the garage.
We are looking for minimum 4 month rental in 2025 and same for 2026 - tenant has to be 55+ and NO pets. Please be aware of that rental application MUST BE submitted to the HOA 30 DAYS PRIOR TO MOVE IN. Copy of your driver license will be needed.
This friendly community with mature trees, green space also has a lovely large community pool. You'll enjoy the peaceful, park-like setting and the convenient location.
