Gorgeous, tastefully updated, lakefront condo located at the 1 mile marker near Bagnell Dam. This property is great for families, romantic getaways, or a trip with friends. Awesome location is close to all the attractions the lake has to offer.

It's just a 2 mile drive to the Bagnell Dam strip- which has eclectic restaurants and bars, in addition to boat rentals. Outlet mall shopping, golf, movie theater, water park, and other family attractions are only a 10-15 minute drive from the condo.

With its top floor location affording a beautiful view of the lake, sit back under the vaulted ceilings and bask in the wonderful ambiance. Spend your mornings savoring a cup of coffee and evenings sipping a cocktail on the serene, screened in porch. Enjoy the gas griddle and mini fridge while you take in the views of the quiet cove.

Main bedroom with adjoining bath has stunning views of the lake, as well as a personal entrance to the enclosed porch.

Guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a bathroom right outside the door. Queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa is also available for guests.

This condo has free Wifi available year round.

Roku capabilities are available on all TVs (3) within the condo.

Kitchen is fully equipped, with pantry as well as washer/dryer.

Heated pool allows for swimming, regardless of temperature.
**Pool typically opens for the season on May 1st**

Tram is available to shuttle you and your gear down to the docks.

Complex is located in a no wake cove, allowing for swimming, fishing, and relaxing in the water.

Many positives!

Property is so clean! Enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony in the a.m. and p.m. Complex incredibly quiet. Condo is smartly decorated and the furniture is comfy.

Summer Vacation Getaway

We originally booked for three nights but decided to add an extra two more nights which the host was great at accommodating. The condo is a great place to stay. We love the screened in patio. We have stayed twice here and will continue to book. The host messages back immediately.

Our busy family lives in the St. Louis area. We enjoy watching our children partake in their many activities around town. We also love supporting our hometown sports teams- Cardinals, Blues, and Mizzou Tigers.
