We had an excellent stay. I only gave 4 stars because we couldn't use the pool the first day because it wasn't filtering, so there were a lot of bugs which the net couldn't catch. However, once I notified th host he had someone come that evening to fix the situation. Lovely, spacious home. We LOVED the Disney decor! Would definitely recommend.

Our experience at this property was extremely frustrating. One of the main reasons we chose this home was the private pool and spa, which we paid extra to have heated. Shortly after arriving, we found the spa heat and pumps were not working. After several attempts to contact the host, he finally responded and said he would turn the heat on remotely and that it would take 35 minutes — but after that message, he stopped responding entirely. The spa never worked during our stay.After the second night without any resolution, I requested a refund for the spa heat and the inconvenience we experienced. Instead of addressing the issue, he canceled the final night of our reservation without any confirmation or notice. We were not informed — we found out only after the fact — and were forced to book two hotel rooms at our own expense on extremely short notice.I have since opened a case with VRBO and am requesting reimbursement for the hotel rooms I had to book, a refund for the spa heat I paid extra for but never received, and additional compensation for the frustration and inconvenience he caused me and my family during our stay.This level of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. We expected better and were deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled. This property is poorly managed, and the host’s lack of communication and professionalism made for a stressful experience. I would NOT recommend staying here and hope VRBO takes appropriate action.
