My apartment is in the newly built house of mine in Old area of Tbilisi - Mtatsminda. The studio has its private entrance, spacious bedroom with TV, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is 200 meters away from the funicular and only 5 minutes walking distance from the Freedom Square, Opera House, House of Parliament and Rustaveli Avenue.

The studio has its own entrance from the street and has hall, dining area and kitchen fully equipped with silverware, dishware, kitchenware, electric kettle, stove, fridge and basic ingredients to prepare the meal and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattress and it can be converted into 2 twin beds if requested, spacious wardrobe, flat TV, ironing facilities.
Bathroom is spacious, with basic amenities (toilet paper, soap).
Guest access
Entire apartment is at your disposal.
