The house is about 16 miles away (20 minutes) from Sea Tac International Airport, short diestance to Seattle light rail, Pioneer Square railway station, King Street railway station, and Space needle Seattle Center.

Normal check-in time is anytime after 4 PM, but we can often accommodate early check-in if arranged in advance. Similarly, normal check-out time is anytime before 10 AM, and we are happy to provide late check-out when communicated ahead of time.
Please note, this is a 2-bedroom mother-in-law unit attached to a larger house. At times, you may hear noise from the main house if it is occupied by guests. However, if the main house is vacant, you will likely enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. We list the Mother-in-law unit separately to provide flexibility for smaller travel groups, helping guests save on costs for space they may not need.
