This spacious home has lots of room inside and out to gather with friends and family or relax with a good book. The beach is a just a short block away and some of Tybee's best restaurants and shops are an easy walk or bike ride away. The Tybee Island YMCA and Memorial Park are also close by with tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground, picnic tables with grills and a covered pavilion available to rent for groups up to 150.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great House. Great Location

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. The property was described and clean when we arrived. The decor was stylish and was well curated. It wasn't thrown together as rental and really felt like a home. We had everything we needed for a delightful stay.

Tybee Family Trip

A combo of plenty of living space and a short one block walk to the beach made this home a great spot for our family. It is right on the main road through the island, which can be loud, but that didn't come into play unless we were on the front deck.
