Nicely furnished indoors and out with finished hardwood floors, new appliances, and all freshly painted interiors. Two story sky-lit kitchen/dining and living room with a double sided fireplace with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Short bike or walk to the beach: .7 of a mile to Main Beach or .9 to Georgica Beach.

Amazing location, beautiful property and a good house

Absolutely perfect location in East hampton close to Georgica and Maintain beaches. Beautiful, large property with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. The house is good — it is really three bedrooms with a main floor den that can accommodate guests. The bathrooms need updating. Our stay was fantastic. Owner is great and very accessible.
