**Parking Restrictions**
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. As per the Building Parking Policy, vehicles that exceed the designated size limits will be turned away at check-in.

**The following vehicle types are not allowed:**

1. Any vehicle equipped with breathalyzers, unsafe modifications, or malfunctioning brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, those seating 10+ passengers, or any vehicle over 6'8" in height.
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with oversized wheels, external storage, or other features that make maneuvering in the garage unsafe.
4. Vehicles with custom lift kits, oversized wheels, or modified tires.
5. Motorcycles or trikes lacking standard automotive controls.


**Pet Policy**
Pets are allowed based on their size, but prior approval is required to avoid cancellations. A pet cleaning fee applies, based on your length of stay:

* Stays of 1–4 nights: \$25 per pet, per night
* Stays of 5–29 nights: \$200 per pet
* Stays of 30+ nights: \$300 per pet

Please note: We are not responsible for any building-related maintenance issues during your stay.


**Guest Verification Required**

To meet legal and security protocols, all guests must complete a verification process, which may include:

* Submitting a government-issued photo ID
* Verifying contact information
* Completing an online verification form
* Undergoing a background check, if necessary

This information is used strictly for verification purposes and will not be stored or shared.

Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement acknowledging the stay terms. By booking, you agree to:
