Has a small office nook in living area for when you need to check in with the home office. Almost everything is brand new. Kitchen has stainless appliances, bathrooms redone, new flooring throughout. Huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and reading area. New, modern washer/dryer in case you want to catch up on laundry. Small private backyard for sitting outside under the trees. Location is great. Perfectly situated for North Austin Access (Domain, Arboretum), downtown (just a few minutes down MOPAC), Central Austin (just across from Allendale and other cool areas) and the lakes. This is just a very comfortable place to use as home base in Austin. Perfect for access to Google, Dell, IBM, Seton North, Apple, Flextronics, National Instruments, and a host of others. Why stay in a stuffy hotel when you can have all the comforts of home??

This was my third year staying here and found it perfect for neighborhood and access to any locale in Austin via 183 and MoPac. The owner is easy to reach and always helpful.

Snowbirds loved the stay in Austin
Snow birds from Michigan enjoyed the stay in Austin, 2 in 1 story 2-bedroom duplex. Visited family and some of the many parks, entertainment, and educational offerings. Nice to have a comfortable bed and kitchen but also near shopping and very good restaurants. Very responsive host with fast response to questions.

Great rental-just like home
We stayed for more than 2 months and it was the perfect fit. Very clean, it had everything we needed to live for an extended period from household items, cookware, cleaners, and small appliances. Owner was very responsive and nice. Location was great and close to so many things. We feel very lucky to have found it.

Great property in a great NW Austin location
Rented this place for the summer while remodeling our home. Really nice duplex that was convenient to our usual NW Austin haunts. Trenton was fantastic and super-responsive to issues and questions.

An amazing place to stay in Austin
Clean and exactly as pictured. Trenton is super nice and communicative. We didn’t have any problems (other than some glitches with the site -not his fault-when first trying to book which he handled perfectly) but we’re sure if we did he would have been on it. The house itself is perfect with easy parking and we loved being able to bring our pup and the yard. We would recommend and will stay again the next chance we get!

I bought this property because it is in a great little neighborhood, has excellent access to Central and North Austin, and has a great feel to it. This unit sits back off the street and has a very private feel to it. Very comfortable.

What makes this property unique

I loved the private little backyard and the big trees in the yard! The property is uniquely positioned near Mopac for easy access to downtown AND very close to the Technology Corridor. Perfect for access to Google, Dell, IBM, Seton North, Apple, Flextronics, National Instruments, and a host of others. One exit from the Domain. Why stay in a stuffy hotel when you can have all the comforts of home??
