Cozy quiet place

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and the room was perfect size. Shari was available for any questions we had. We will be keeping this place in mind for our next visit.

Perfect for private relaxation.

Loved our host . I like to fish and swim so it was great to have a cool dip in the pool while watching my fishing poles.Also enjoyed grilling out by the pool .The yard was very nice with cute sitting areas everywhere.The location was close to everything we needed great restaurants,shopping,and the beaches.I will definitely return.I love the Jacksonville Amelia Island area.

Very comfortable

We didn’t spend much time on the property, just slept and showered but it was great and just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a nice stay!

Bad Place To Rent

The wife was rude and racist. She canceled my stay and never returned my money. I wouldn’t recommend no one to deal with her the pool was dirty also. And they have a time limit on going to the dock which they don’t mention
