Although this property is on busy Conwell St., it is the 3 story main house in the very back and away from the noise . There are 2 decks, one off the sunroom and one on the upper floor which has an open floorplan. It is an upside-down floorplan. The second floor contains both bedrooms, the sunroom, full Jack and Jill bathroom, and the yard and gardens. The beautiful tiered garden offers a gate which accesses a path through the cemetery into town! The 3rd floor is the living space: kitchen, dining area, and living rooom all with a high ceilinged open floor plan with skylights.
I rent my beautiful home in the summer months....and love sharing it with guests!

I want to retreat center in charlottesville virginia until 2014 and have lived full time in truro and province town since then. I have been a host in Charlottesville , N. Truro, and now Ptown and love meeting ( and spoiling) guests!
