Southern Comfort comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 (the sunroom) includes a queen size futon, a smart tv, and an ensuite half bathroom with a single vanity.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer available in Sportsman’s Den. Southern Comfort does not offer laundry facilities.
• Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available.
• This unit is composed of two separate homes: Sportman's Den and Southern Comfort. For smaller groups, we recommend booking one of the two smaller properties for convenience.
• Both homes are equipped with external security cameras;
o Sportsman’s Den is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the front steps,
o Southern Comfort is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
 (1) located under the carport and actively monitoring the driveway,
 (2) a Ring doorbell located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch.
