While this space is equipped to host 4 guests, we think the perfect group size is 2-3.

I encourage you to pay closer attention and look at the map before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal.

Location location location!! focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking a vacation home.

🐶 Pets: We are dog friendly. Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (Please only ONE dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must not be left behind for any reason and must be always with the guest.
Pet fee is paid before checking-in.
Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your dog. Please read our pet rules.
The dog can be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk. There is also a community park about 1 mile away, perfect for dogs :)

🕒 Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $15 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

I am always available. I live a short 15 minutes away from the house and when I meet my guests I give them the information they need or suggestions. We indeed strive to make your vacation memorable

The neighborhood is called Doctor Phillips and other than being affluent and very quite, it is also known as the home of Bay Hill, one of golf's greatest legends, and one of the finest golf’s course in the world.
Doctor Philips is the center of everything, and it is 5 min drive from local restaurants and bars such as , Ruth Chris, Season 52, Mortons , Moon Fish, Roccos tacos, Roys, Eddie V's and many more; all these located in the famous orlando restaurant row

We are located in a family friendly neighborhood. Very close to Orlando's main attractions.

Parking is in the main-house driveway. Maximum of 1 vehicle allowed.

✨ Extra things to know:

- This is a guesthouse attached to a single-family home. It is extremely private, and it has its own entrance on the side of the house.
- Please request in advance our complementary Pack and Play and highchair before check in.
- No access to the pool or home backyard.
- This house has a limit of 1 car parking space.
- Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only. Cameras run 24/7.
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- We provide linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Unsalvageable lines/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No smoking of any kind
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 1 is car allowed.
- Do not rearrange indoor and outdoor furniture
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.


PETS:

1. Please walk your dog regularly to avoid any mishaps inside the house.

2. Dogs must stay away from beds and sofas to avoid potential stains, pee and hair

3. Dogs are very territorial in new homes please keep an eye on them specially the first day as they may pee on the sofas, beds and walls.
