The space
No sharing a space or bumping into anyone else – this beautiful open loft is all yours! There is a galley kitchen equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator w/ ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, and plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. if you wish to prepare a meal and dine in, we can help with grocery suggestions from the Milwaukee Public Market, Cermak Fresh Market within walking distance or Metro Market. We also have a Pilates studio right in our building as well as a women's spa for hair, makeup, nails, massage.
On festival weekends, enjoy the view of fireworks right from the comfort of the couch.
Public transportation within blocks to trains, planes, buses and the ferry make this an easy place to get to and fifth floor views, inviting spacious interior, easy parking available make this a hard place to have to leave!

Lots of things to do all within walking distance: shops, art galleries, restaurants, activities, theaters, yoga locations, farmer’s markets, Milwaukee Public Market specialty food shopping and outside music nights in the park all within a few blocks. Like to go to Summerfest or any of the Milwaukee Ethnic festivals taking place all summer? We are within walking distance and we are just across the river from the Harley Davidson Museum. Many restaurants to choose from in the area ranging from casual cafes to fine dining. Collectivo Coffee can be seen out the window and Starbucks is just a few blocks walk. Coming to MIAD (Milwaukee Art and Design), you can see their building from your window. We are within 5 to 10 minutes +/- by car or bus to UWM, MSOE, MATC, the Bradley Center, Delta Airlines Convention Center, US Cellular Arena, Pabst Theater, Milwaukee Theater, Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, Broadway Theater Center, and Milwaukee Public Museum, Marquette University and the Harley-Davidson Museum; less than 10 minutes to Miller Park baseball stadium. Two blocks away take the River Walk where you can find lots of dining and night life experiences. Downtown sightseeing trolley is two blocks away.
Easy to get here: Train station is just 5 blocks away. The Green line public transport from General Mitchell Field airport is a fifteen minute ride and stops just a block away. The Lake Express ferry which travels from Milwaukee to Muskegon, Michigan several times daily is a short cab ride or a quick bike ride away. City bus stops at our corner with connections all over the city.
No charge street parking, be sure though to check the parking signs/meters for details. For an additional fee of $15 per night per vehicle, if you have a car or motorcycle, we have indoor (heated in the winter) parking available.
Other things to note
From May through October we require a 2 day minimum stay with a Saturday night lodging.
Because the Loft is so spacious compared to a hotel room and the kitchen makes it easy to cook, we know it is tempting to invite more people over for a party, meal or stay especially since we have wedding parties. However, if you are having more people than the guests you have registered, you will need to get prior approval from us and we can add on additional guest fees or a party room fee or we will need to charge your security deposit after the fact if we aren't notified. However the maximum of this listing is 3 guests for staying overnight and a non-overnight visit of more people MUST have our approval in writing.
