The family room hosts a 75 " screen TV with an open floorplan and fireplace. If you need to work or join a meeting, from the sunroom just open the barn doors to a quiet office/library with adjoining sitting room and futon. House backs up to a scenic pond and trees where you can sit by the firepit to roast marshmallows, make smores or just cozy up to the fire. Grill is situated just steps outside the screened in porch off the kitchen. Large chefs kitchen that invites guests to sit around the island and enjoy the homes epicenter or you can gather up to 16 people for a family meal. Screened in porch in back with front wrap around porch. Master bedroom has a large walk out patio above the screened in porch. Master bath has spa like aviance with soaking tub, large walk-in shower with rain shower head, double sink and private toilet area. Upstairs queen bedroom has private bath and also has a balcony with seating area. With AC, WiFi, washer/dryer machine, guests can relax and make the most of their stay.
