The Space:
This wonderful and entertaining 3 bedroom vacation home is located in the very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Cathedral City, which is just a short drive away to the popular Downtown Palm Springs.

This vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms in the main house and is perfectly designed for every guest that stays here. The front porch has an amazing view of the San Jacinto Mountain for those who want to just sit on the front porch in the early morning or in the evening to enjoy a quiet moment while admiring the beautiful unobstructed Mountain View.

Unlike many other vacation homes this home has a splash pool with a built in hot tub. The splash pool is approximately 12ft X 7ft, which is perfect for families with small children or couples who prefer to enjoy a relaxing day in the pool and soak up the sun. For those who enjoy Palm Springs in the winter, this is a perfect way to enjoy the weather and heated splash pool. The outdoor space is a very manageable space with 2 lounge chairs and outdoor seating.

With a formal dining room that is to the right of the main entrance of the house and a bonus bar next to the dining room. The large and open floor plan concept living room and kitchen area is a great place where you can truly enjoy entertaining friends and family while preparing a marvelous dinner. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary equipment and tools for any chef who loves to cook.

The living room has 2 comfortable couches and a 65 in Smart TV has a built in chrome cast. For those who love to play games, this home comes with many board games, a Play Station and many games for your use and entertainment.

The master bedroom has direct access to the backyard and access to the splash pool and hot tub with a great closet and an ensuite bathroom. Equipped with a King Size bed, the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable.
The two other guest rooms are located side by side to the left of the front entrance. Each of the bedrooms is nicely decorated with a Queen Size bed and TV. A shared full bathroom is just right across the hallway.
Come and stay here for months during the winter or for a last minute getaway in the summer and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor amenities this great vacation home has to offer.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 3-bedroom house, including the splash pool, outdoor seating, and the 2-car garage. Enjoy the private backyard with mountain views.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the desirable Verano community, our home offers a prime location off Vista Chino and Landau. You'll find shopping, dry cleaning services, and a Starbucks just a short distance away, making errands a breeze. Enjoy easy access to both Palm Springs and Palm Desert, perfect for exploring the local attractions. Commuting is also simplified with convenient freeway access to Interstate 10.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! You'll find convenient options nearby, including car port access, bus routes, and readily available taxis and rideshares like Uber. The property is conveniently located just 5 miles from the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

Other Things to Note:
Utilities: For your stay, a combined utilities allowance of $350 per month for electricity and gas is included. This allowance covers the standard usage expected for a residence of this size. If your combined usage of electricity and gas exceeds this $350 allowance in any given month, the difference between the allowance and your actual usage will be invoiced to you. This additional amount is payable within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Please note that the loft above the garage is a separate, self-contained unit. It features its own private entrance, along with designated parking space, thereby ensuring your complete privacy and independence during your stay.

Extra Space Needed: If your group should require additional space, please know that we have a separate fully furnished rental above the garage equipped with (queen size bed, desk, sofa, dining area, washer/dryer, kitchen, full-sized dishwasher and refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and private outdoor patio with fire-pit). If the rental is vacant we are happy to discuss adding this to your reservation to then provide you with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom. Community Clubhouse: The Verano community has a community clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub along with a gated 'Circle Park' with playground and covered picnic areas. Access to these community amenities are subject to a $50 annual fee for access for up to one year.
