A beautiful farmhouse built in the 1800's - situated on the beautiful Kime Family Farm. Spacious first floor layout includes massive 14 x 30 foot living room, kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, half bath, and a great family room which incorporates a gameroom, family room, office, and has a washer and dryer in it - great for a kids hangout room. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Greenery throughout the house. The outside features expansive lawns, a beautiful wraparound porch with chairs, firepit w/ chairs, swing, gas grill, 8 person picnic table, & more! Welcome to the finger lakes!
