Central location

I really enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. It's main draw card is its central location across the road from Victor Hugo square. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance and tram stop is literally 100m away. Breakfast was also good (extra cost though). The room key is huge and heavy but best leave it at reception when you go out so you don't carry it around. I would stay here again if I was in Grenoble.

Great hotel with excellent staff

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist guests. The room was unusually large and the bed a very comfortable king size.

5th floor rooms not all that c

5th floor rooms not all that convenient: - not serviced by lift (lift only goes to 4th floor) - a bit cramped under sloping dormitory roof could be a problem for some people. But otherwise, this hotel is well located and good value.
