A newly remodeled, beautifully decorated studio apartment, located in San Juan's Isla Verde District. This condo is surrounded by the 2 most beautiful beaches of Isla Verde, The Ritz Carlton Beach is located in front of our Condo (see photos from our balcony) & The Hotel San Juan Beach is located across our Oceanfront Condo. This apartment has a breathtaking ocean view, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, air conditioner, private balcony, cable TV, High Speed Internet, 32 inches Plasma TV, DVD, coin laundry facilities, 1 parking space and 24-hour direct access to the beach. Owner takes pride of this lovely and cozy studio. Enjoy perfect weather all year round. Transportation (bus) is readily available within a short walk from the condo. El San Juan beach is within one minute across the condo. The other beach by the Ritz Carlton is exactly where the condo is located. So you will be located between 2 beautiful beaches of the Isla Verde area. This Lovely Oceanfront Studio is highly recommend for business or pleasure for a 'single' or it is fantastic for a 'couple.' The perfect gateaway for honeymooners!

Excellent and Perfect vacation

Condo and Host Nilsa- Condo was perfect for 2 with all amenities and also beach chairs and cooler. View from the condo is breathtaking. Nilsa is the perfect host; had a bottle of wine waiting for us (even though we did not have as we're not Zinfandel drinkers). Cable was out and Nilsa promptly worked with the company to have the issue resolved. Beaches-2 mins away from Isla Verde Beach which we went to. Beach on Ritz Carlton side was quite but a 5 mins walk. Even though the beach was packed all day we found ample space to sit and play beach racket balls provided in the condo. Trips- Old San Juan is beautiful and we took a cab in $35 to Bacardi and $21 to return from Old San Juan. Due to high season we did not rent cars ($65 per day). El Yunque rain forest and Bio Bay were fun. The trio trip took us to the rainforest, beach and Bio Bay. Salty dogs catamaran to Icaco Island for snorkeling was great. The beach is beautiful and saw a lot of fish. Did not go to Vieques island as the ride to the island was further out. The crew food, rum punches and snorkeling was a day made in heaven! We took all trips leaving from Hampton Inn and the prices were worth not having to rent cars. Food- Metropol had many great reviews but was comparable to chains like Olive Garden....mediocre. Basilia and La Playa was a notch better. The best place was in Old San Juan-Verde Mesa! Serves only fish and vegetarian food. Opens at 6pm and with 30 seats… be there on time. The chef, servers and managers were great and the food was the BEST I have eaten. Each bite wakes up all the taste buds and keeps them dancing. Needed my hair done before leaving; Edwin's - small place and inexpensive. Edwin stayed back later than closing to fit me in. We stayed for 9 days and even though the studio is small we never felt cramped. Plenty of storage space and all amenities are a 5 minute walk away. I've been recommending Nilsa to everyone! Thanks Nilsa for making our stay so enjoyable and perfect!
