This peaceful neighborhood with views of Lake Washington and the Landing (literally a landing of small jets by the water) is close to everything -- not only to the cities of Seattle, Bellevue, and Seatac Airport, Rainier Avenue is a north-south thoroughfare that gets you to all conveniences. The nearby Landing shopping plaza and Westfield Southcenter are complete with all kinds of restaurants and shopping that range from the upscale to the budget. Lots of parks and trails around Lake Washington. Kubota Garden may be a hidden gem in the nearby Valley.

The upstairs, open concept with living room, dining area, and kitchen can accommodate your group while you enjoy looking out at Lake Washington. Upstairs also houses the master bedroom and master bathroom, another half bath, a nonconforming 5th bedroom with soft partition, and access to the deck.
