Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please throw away any trash in the large green dumpster that is next to the building. (If you're looking at the building, its on the left).
Please turn off all the light when you check out. Thank you for your help conserving energy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.  ⦿ Noise: Guests should be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. 
⦿ No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and functions are not allowed and grounds for removal.
Parking: Complex allows for 1 Car in Winter (Dec 1 - March 31) and 2 Cars in Summer (April 1-November 30)
