Spacious basement 2 bedroom apartment in a 1914 Craftsman bungalow, located in the heart of Wallingford. Quaint, modern, every room feels warm, homey and welcoming. Reclaimed wood all over the space with exposed natural beams gives a European feel. Great for a family or small group.
Central location. Walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, groceries, parks, and bus lines.
Minutes from Capitol Hill, Fremont, Ballard, U-District, Lake Union, Green Lake and the Burke Gillman trail.
Note: For folks over 6' tall, the kitchen, bedrooms /bath are part of the original 1914 house and have low ceilings! The living area is full height.
Since we live upstairs, you might hear some foot traffic, or our beloved pets at times . However we are mindful of guests.
Bathroom with a nice tile shower, washer and dryer, full kitchen.
One brdrm has a Queen bed, the other bdrm a Full bed.
