Historic Downtown Artist Studio
A Hidden Gem located in a Historic Downtown Bldg. Less than 1 mile to City Center, Sports + Music Venues, Convention Centers, and Tourist sites.
One Free Gated Parking Space. No Large Trucks.
Convientent Public Transportation and ride share services are also available.
ATL is a diverse city + has some homeless in the downtown areas.
Only persons listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No parties or events of any type.
The space
We have stocked the loft with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed, Flat screen TV's with Xifinity internet + premium channels, Full Kitchen, sitting area, dining area, work desk, washer/dryer. Public transportation-Marta, and the Atlanta Eastside Beltline are a few blocks from the loft. The Beltline is popular for walking or biking to the Old Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Market, Roger Street Market, and Piedmont Park. The King Memorial Park + Jimmy Carter Centers are also close. We have lived in the neighborhood for 16 years and enjoy being able to take Marta to Mercedes Stadium + the airport.

Noni's Restaurant, Georgia Beer Garden, Sister Louisa's Church (it's a bar), Killer Burgers, Rias BlueBird Diner, Thumbs Up Diner, Grant Park Market, Six Feet Under Restaurant, The Joy Stick, St Augustines, Revolution Donuts, Roger Street Market, Highland Bakery, Fox Brothers BBQ, Hatties Hot Chicken, The Vortex.
