Summary:
This condo is located in a beautiful section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly across the street from the serene Atlantic Ocean. You will enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Just a short drive away, you will find several attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Entry: **NO ELEVATOR - 2nd floor condo with stairs**. Self check-in with keypad.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. There will be 2 parking passes in the kitchen for you to put in your car after arrival. *Please keep track of these and return them at the end of your stay - there is a $25/each replacement fee.* The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee maker.
Family room: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (double & twin). Additional twin bed.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Pool: There is a complex pool.
Beach: Direct beach access the street from the complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The perfect central location! The unit is centrally located on the popular Shore Drive.

Getting Around:
Guests will have 2 parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Friday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
