Gorgeous views overlooking the 10th hole of the new Champions Gate Country Club, with a 16'x9' screened in Lanai which accommodates seating for eight, ceiling fan and 42" HD smart TV. Champions Gate Country Club/pro shop is 1/2 a hole from property. Just walk there, grab a cart, get your clubs and leave your car for others. This truly stunning Townhome offers glam/designer furnishings and window treatments. Brenda and Rick have been married now 32 years and 36 years together whom are empty nesters. Bought this incredible opportunity to someday spend the next stage of our life. We are one of 200 properties out of a 3200 property community offering an upscale city within it's own community.
Why they chose this property
We are avid golfers so the golf options are ideal for us since there are four 5 star golf courses, that we love, all within the complex, that offer special discounts for those staying in Champions Gate. Just 2 miles to I-4; we are just 10 minutes from Disney and the 192 corridor, with enormous shopping, restaurants and sites. We are also in an area where we can just enjoy our upscale community and avoid all the crazy traffic.
What makes this property unique
A totally all inclusive resort which includes all the amenities you can't imagine; unlike Reunion Resort that charges for individual ammenities. This Resort has way more more to offer for no additional cost.
