Incredible oceanfront 2-bedroom condo in Goleta

Incredible ocean front condo with a view from every window. Surrounded by open space and beach, yet very accessible. Walk to surfing (~5m), walk to grocery stores and restaurants (1mi), walk to UCSB campus (1.5mi). Location is impossible to beat.
Condo is 2/2.5. Set up as ideal dual career work space (1 bedroom, 2 offices), but can be 2 bedroom. updated primary bedroom and bath, well-appointed kitchen and living room, beautiful ocean-facing patios that get nice afternoon light.
Not suitable for 4 individual adults, the second bedroom is only big enough for one person. Looking for low impact, professional, visiting guests to enjoy our condo for 2-3 months while we are on an academic sabbatical. Extremely well-behaved cat or small dog will be considered for additional fee/deposit.
