Be our Guest! Stay in a home - not a vacation rental. This is our second home that we currently make available at times for rental. As such, it has everything you would expect staying as a guest of a friend, not the bare minimum that many vacation rentals have. We pride ourselves at keeping it furnished with a healthy starter supply of paper goods including tissues in every room, extra toilet paper and paper towels, paper plates, bowls and plastic ware, paper napkins and paper cups. We have an "in case your forgot" basket in the master bathroom with toiletries and sewing kit. We encourage a pay it forward philosophy with laundry detergent, sunscreen and cleaning supplies. Often times there is enough to see you through your entire stay. We provide extra towels for the pool.

This whimsically decorated 3BR, 2BA home is a second (top) floor condominium in Oakwater Resort in Kissimmee. The resort is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World and walking distance to a new Super Walmart. The 1400 square feet of space features a 55" flat screen TV in the living room with a Blue Ray/DVD player and sound bar allowing for connection to Netflix, Pandora, and other streaming services. All the bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's with DVD players and Rokus, clock radios with USB compatibility, and lamps on BOTH sides of the bed. The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the courtyard view porch. There is a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The laundry area has full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishware, glasses and tableware for 8 people and well as pots, pans, strainer, salad spinner, baking sheets, an abundance of cooking utensils, placemats, cloth napkins, and dishtowels. The kitchen has both keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, crock pot and electric mixer. We also have a selection of paperback books and dvds. There is free wireless internet and free local and long distance calling within the United States and Canada. Oakwater Resort is a gated resort community with a large zero entry heated pool, hot tub, splash fountain, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and playground. The clubhouse has a fitness center, game room, concierge service and tourist information. The clubhouse offers free coffee every morning and has ice cream and snacks for purchase.
